Refund Policy

If a Pro license doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request

Email ppo.viktorov.aa@gmail.com with your order number or purchase email, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The license key is deactivated. Free features remain available.

After 14 days

Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case, e.g. if a product stopped working due to our error.
